I see on some international forums there is conflicting views whether or not Tri Bars which is added on to a road bike are beneficial or not.

I was wondering if anybody has any of these for me to test for a while before i commit to spending cash on this stuff?

My wifeís cousin is a pretty good cyclist (his Argus time 02:43:55 the winners 02:36:17, just to give a indication) and I had a chat to him a while back regarding tri-bars and according to him it doesnt make much of a difference.

Maybe Uncle Ant can also give his 2c worth, cos he mingles a lot with the guys from the dark side. Maybe pop him a PM

That is a good thing especially for a person who is into cycling can save a lot of energy.
A friend of mine is into cycling and he told me that it works for him.So i guess if you are comfortable in using that there is nothing bad about it.
