Surprised (and chuffed) with my 4km time trial effort on Tuesday evening.
Tough(ish) 14km this morning because my legs felt tight and heavy from the Time Trial

Did the tough Castle Walk 10km this morning in a very slow time, but this race has to be one of the toughest in Pretoria. Some extremely steep hills to climb - the organisers certainly have a sadistic streak about them!

8km this morning a minute faster than Tuesday over the same route, despite the legs feeling yesterday's hills.

I slowed a bit towards the end, but overall this was a nice run.

Did some nice cycling the weekend enjoying the lovely weather. I see they predict some cold again for later this week.

Did the Wierie 21.1km on Saturday over a new route.

Had a steady run to 17km but completely faded over the final 4km. I can only put it down to not being fully recovered from the tough 21km at Skukuza the week before.

Ran the Pirates 10km on Sunday in 1:09:27. A pretty good run considering the 21km on the legs from the day before.

Rest day today.

8km this morning in 51:07 - my 2nd best 8km time this year.

Started on tired legs but it developed into a lovely run and my good pace surprised me. Seemed to come out of nowhere. Really enjoyed this one!
